Duplicate entries for Internal User - rn_opc_resource_fusion%

We are seeing 2 instance of user = rn_opc_resource_fusion% in our POD.
As we know that this is internal user, one of the record is showing creatd by us ( from backend).

Not able to search this user in Security Console.

Do we need any special role to view this user in Security Console ?
