Can shipment calendars be assigned at subinventory level for replenishment planning organizations?

Requirement from Business is as follows - 

Organization  - 55 and 56 are in Supply Planning.

Organization  - 57 and 58 are in Replenishment Planning (Sub-Inventory Level Plan Enabled) Stores modelled as SubInventories.

According to Business scenarios, Orgs 55 and 56 can ship only on particular day's to particular SubInventories (Stores) under inventory orgs 57 and 58. So Shipment Calendars should be assigned to organization 55 and 56 in supply planning to ship to SubInventories (Stores) in Replenishment Planning. 

Now Under Inventory Org 57 and 58 (Replenishment Planned organization) their are hundres of Subinentories (Stores) and shipment day for this stores can vary.

Can this be achieved through standard funtionality ? If yes can you please share the steps how to configure this in system.
