BOM Explosion with Finished Assembly as Make All Child sub-assemblies and components are BUY

Business Case: Managing Supply chain for Outside Vendors in our ERP system. We have BOMs defined with Finished assembly as Make (Tier 1) which is a direct BUY from suppliers. Components used in the BOM (Tier 2/Tier 3/Tier 4) are procured by Tier 1 suppliers from Tier 2 vendor, Tier 2 vendor buys from Tier 3 vendors, likewise. Is it possible to explode such BOM (using any item attribute combination) using Fusion Supply Plan (unconstrained) ?
