Create LPN for 3PL Sales Order Shipments

Goal:
- Business uses 3PL for sales order shipments
- 3PL captures LPN Numbers along with other tracking information
- LPN numbers needs to be stored at Oracle Shipments
- While reviewing the Oracle documentation, below information was found

  • When the Integrated System Type organization parameter is set to Warehouse Management System or Third Party Logistics, the LPN feature can't be enabled through the Advanced Inventory Parameters setup. Additionally, if LPNs are enabled, the Generate Shipment Request process will not select shipment lines to interface to the external execution system, and the Perform Shipping Transaction process will not
