Private Key Import Failure in TEST Environment During Migration from DEV Instance:

Summary:

We are attempting to import the public and private keys that were generated in the Development (DEV) instance into the Test (TEST) instance. While the public key can be imported successfully, we are unable to import the private key in the TEST environment.

Our objective is to maintain the same configuration across all non-production environments. However, during the migration process, the private key import is failing.
