I am reporting a calculation error where the Voluntary STD coverage amount is showing as $0 for one employee, while others are processing correctly. This individual is not a high wage earner so the documented Bug does not apply.

Based on an annual salary of $76,006.32, the weekly benefit (60%) should be $877. This falls well below the plan maximum of $2,000 per week.

Could you please direct me where I need to investigate why this is not calculating?

Comparing the non-working employee to a workng employee did not return anything. I looked at the employee's payroll relationship, salary basis, and date of birth. What's next?
