I get the current state of modalities and the future state. But let me put a difficult case where we are using a report and upload method which doesn't really seem the most effective way,
We have two courses, A and B. Course A meets all the objectives of course B, plus more. If you take course A, you should get all the credit for course B.
Real world would be BOSIET and T-BOSIET. T-BOSIET is a lesser course but some clients require us to use T-BOSIET as a qualification and others require BOSIET. In addition, we can only get T-BOSIET at certain places in the world.
