Call BIP report from ATP and store data into ATP Table

One of our auditor has suggested to use ATP to call the BIP report and store the data into ATP without using integration in it. He strongly recommends that there is feature in ATP which will call BIP report and store the bulk data into ATP directly without consuming integration message pack.

Please help us in understanding the mechanism if such features exists.
