Learning Video Content Load Using API ends in warning state after Video Transcoding

Summary:

I am trying to load a Video Learning content using API and getting below error after Transcoding process is run.

After all the three API are run, When I submit the ESS Job - "Video Transcoding and Processing", it's getting into warning state with below message.
