Udemy Business External Provider Not Appearing in "Import External Content" in Oracle Learning Cloud

Summary:

We have enabled Udemy as an external provider and the account is validated and enabled and trying to integrate Udemy Business as an external content provider. The Learning Specialist Role has the Manage External eLearning Content security privilege.

However, when navigating to:

Learning → Import External Content

the Udemy provider is not available for selection, and we are unable to import Udemy content into Oracle Learning.

Could anyone advise what additional configuration is required for the Udemy provider to appear under Import External Content?
