Shared sub-inventory for spare parts pool- EBS

Summary:

The ask is to investigate multiple options within oracle to have a "shared" sub-inventory that multiple sites could draw off of. The idea is that this sub-inventory would be for parts that are actually owned by the client but stored at various supplier sites. Each individual site would be able to see the quantities and put these items on BOM's and draw off of them when needed.

i.e To find different options to deal with the visibility of on-hand quantities and availabilities of items/equipment that is being shared between multiple Inventory orgs, so that each individual site would be able to see and obtain the items when needed.
