WSDL-Based External Rating Engine – Can WSDL be uploaded as XML instead of using WSDL URL?

Hello,

We are configuring a new WSDL-Based External Rating Engine in OTM for an external partner.
The partner is unable setup WSDL using the URL, so we tried an alternative approach by uploading the WSDL content manually as TEXT/XML in the External System configuration.
After this setup, OTM is sending the rate request, but we are not receiving a valid SOAP response from the external system.

Does OTM support configuring a WSDL-based External Rating Engine using a manually uploaded TEXT/XML WSDL, or is the WSDL URL mandatory?
