Rate Derivation Issues while planning for Cross-BU resources in a Project

Summary:

I have a use case where international resource belonging to Malaysian BU is working in a project of Mexico BU. Here the Malaysian resource is required to draw the rate from Malaysian Job Rate Schedule (home job rate schedule) for all planning rate calculation in budgets and forecasts. They system throws an error message as shown below whenever this is attempted.

What are the steps we will be required to take to achieve it?

We have Mexico Job Rate Schedule and Malaysian Job Rate Schedule defined. In the Mexico project we have Mexico Job rate schedule added.
