How do I migrate new absence plan accrual matrix conditions?

We've set up several new accrual plans using the new Conditions in the accrual matrix in our DEV environment.

When we migrate these new plans to our TEST environment, the conditions are not migrating with the plans.

When I examine the accrual band csv migration file, I see a column for expressions, but no columns for the additional Conditions fields.
