Historical Balances in Control Budgets

Summary:

I have a control budget BG26-1 whose budget source is BG26. BG26-1 was create in the middle of fiscal year. How can I see all transactions in BG26-1 before this budget was created?

I noticed that BG26-1 does not show any balances for transactions dated prior to 12/1/2025. Could you please confirm what would be required for BG26-1 to reflect all transaction balances from 7/1/2025 through 11/30/2025?
