Hi Team,

We are currently implementing the new Redwood AI assistant features in Self-Service Procurement (Update 26B).

However, we have encountered a block in the user interface. When end-users attempt to interact with the AI chat client to query or process procurement actions, the chat interface immediately fails and displays an execution error bubble.

The Environment:

  • Product: Self-Service Procurement (PRC)
  • Feature: Redwood Interactive AI Chat Experience / AI Agent Studio
  • Symptom: Terminal error message inside the chat interface when processing natural language inputs.
