Pasting into SmartList on Form Issue

Unable to paste directly into a SmartList Cell on a Form

I've noticed within the recent Production patch (26.06) that we are no longer able to paste directly in a cell that is set to a SmartList. Previously, so long as you had the full name this was possible and the cell would turn the standard edited background before saving.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I do see that if clicking on the drop down arrow, a value can be pasted there. However this was not necessary before and pasting directly into the cell worked.
