high impact of changes to FBDI templates in Quaterly updates without any communication/documentation

Summary:

I guess, I do not need to describe the concern here. We belong to a group of users that have created OIC integrations using FBDI templates to load data into planning systems and certain other functional areas. Over and over again we have noticed that What's new or Readiness reports do not include FBDI related changes, until we start facing production errors. In one of the updates (Cherry Bruns-Oracle) said it is in Readiness report but it is not. BOM-Components FBDI changed in 26B and it is not mentioned anywhere. I do not know what else will fail ?

OR IS THERE SOMETHING that I am not aware of . PLEASE SHARE .
