Manage Product launch showing incorrect organization for the source item

Summary: We are seeing two discrepancies- where in Manage Product launch incorrect Org is visible which dont have history for the source product in that org and in the lower dialog box its showing new product instead of Source product where neither Source nor target item have history in these orgs
