Approval Annotation on Parent Level Approval Unit

Hi Experts,

We have the following approval unit hierarchy in our system, and the users (department leads) would like to approve and add annotations at the parent level during the approval process for future reference. A sample hierarchy is shown below:

Finance Department (*Department lead will approval and add annotation at this level)
