Oracle Fusion Procurement – Standard Reports/Dashboards for Goods Expense Receipt Performance

I am trying to identify any standard Oracle Fusion reports or dashboards that can be used to analyze goods receipt performance, specifically:
- Outstanding receipts
- Overdue receipts
- Partial receipts
- Receipt discrepancies

In our implementation, we are using Oracle Fusion Procurement for purchasing and receiving activities. However:
- We do not maintain an Item Master.
- Receiving is performed directly against Purchase Orders.
While reviewing the standard analytics and reporting options, I noticed that most receipt-related dashboards and subject areas appear to be part of Inventory Management and require inventory-related setup and attributes.
As a result, many of the standard Inventory receipt reports are either unavailable or not usable in our scenario because the required inventory dimensions and filters are not populated.
