Can AI Agent Studio process documents received as Base64 through an API?

s there a way to decode Base64-encoded files within Oracle AI Agent Studio and allow an AI agent to understand and process their contents?
Our API retrieves documents—such as invoices or files stored in Document Records—as Base64 strings. We would like the agent to decode these files and extract or analyze the information contained in them.
Does AI Agent Studio support this workflow directly, or would we need to decode the file and process it with another Oracle service before passing the extracted content to the agent?
is this in roadmap?
