extract vs export

There is a column Operation in the Export file which populates as Reposition Only for the seeded members. How to get the Operation column on the Full Extract file?

Our Current process uses epmautomate export to download the metadata and upload into FCCS. We are trying to use the pipeline to get the metadata from EDM to FCCS. The standard pipeline process job uses extract to get the metadata from EDM. The export file has an Operation Column which is populated as Reposition Only for the seeded members.

We would like to know how to add the Operation Column in the Full Extract file and populate it with Reposition Only for the seeded members.
