- Project tasks created from the approved project template should be locked to prevent unauthorized additions, modifications, or deletions.
- Users should not be able to manually create new tasks directly within the project unless explicitly authorized.
- Controlled Task Creation
- Any new project task required after project creation should be created only through one of the following controlled methods:
- From an approved external task master/library, or
- Through a defined approval process for adding project tasks.
- This ensures consistency across projects and maintains governance over the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
