Custom esignature set is not available to add to quote layout

I have create custom esignature set attribute and assigned the proposal attachment attribute to hold the generated proposal. But when I try to add it to the layout Iam not seeing this attribute to add. The OOTB signature set I am able to add. I have three kinds of proposals to send to esignature using docusign.

And also I would like to hide the additional rows that appearing on the OOTB eSignature tab. Refer to Customesign3.png
