I'm facing an issue with Knowledge Management in HR Help Desk. I'm unable to create articles in Knowledge Authoring.
I've already enabled the required localization settings and verified that I have the necessary security roles. However, I keep receiving an error stating that I need to enable the label for this task, even though it has already been enabled.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so, could you please suggest how I can troubleshoot it or identify the root cause?
