How to send an email in CPQ to some email address.

Hi,

I have a requirement which says when Quote status is changes from Returned to Field Review (By clicking on Submit button), I need to send an email to an email address present under field called Field Approver Email.

I cannot user Email Notification functionality under Submit action as lot of groups as available there under Group Selection. I configured the steps but Steps is not working for me. I raised Oracle SR but Oracle says:

Issue with Submit Action Steps Not Executing Under Returned Status

The Submit action steps may not execute immediately upon clicking the Submit button because the process involves an approval tree. Here are key points and troubleshooting steps:
