Cancel Unfulfilled Demand is Greyed Out for Complex Purchase Order

Summary: We are observing that the Cancel Unfulfilled Demand option is greyed out and automatically set to Yes while cancelling Complex Purchase Orders and would like to confirm whether this is expected behavior or if not what is solution.

The Purchase Order is created from an approved requisition, where the PO Currency, Requisition Currency, and Primary Ledger Currency are the same. Budgetary Control is enabled, the requisition budget status is Liquidated, and we are cancelling the entire PO/Line. During the PO cancellation process, the Cancel Unfulfilled Demand option is not editable and is automatically defaulted to Yes. The user is unable to select No or manually control the reinstatement of the unfulfilled requisition demand.
