Unable to trigger integrations from OPAL

Summary:

I have configured business rules framwework with Relay to OiC action for after permit submit. Configured OiC url. After permit submission I can see the entry in the BRF logs. Sent payload is available but no action log, status and recieved is also blank. Able to test OiC url using postman. Followed all the configration steps mentioned in the oracle documentation to establish the connection between OPAL and OiC.
