OTBI, "NOT LIKE" in parameter NOT being respected

in BI Publisher Learning Center

We have an OTBI Analysis focused upon the Real Time Procurement subject area. This analysis uses several parameters. One of these parameters is set to try to exclude PO Numbers with a pattern of "BL" being contained in the number.

We cannot get this parameter to filter and NOT display such PO's.

Any thoughts?
