26A - Learning Communications Use Only Official Work Contact Info

Notifications are still sent to personal email addresses. Is this expected in the scenarios below?

1. Learners receive email notifications via Work Email ONLY when it is the Primary contact.

2. Learners receive email notifications via both Work Email & Home Email when Home Email is the Primary contact.

3. Learning Instructors receive email notifications via Home Email ONLY when it is the Primary contact or not. 

Any guidance would be appreciated.
