Fusion AI Agents in HR Helpdesk for Ticket Triage and Resolution

Hi everyone,

We're looking to understand whether there are any out-of-the-box AI agents available within the Oracle Fusion HCM HR Help Desk space, particularly for service request triage and resolution.

From what we've seen so far, we haven't found any agents specifically targeted at HR Help Desk pertaining to these areas. We're interested in capabilities such as:

  • Automatically triaging and categorizing HR service requests
  • Routing requests to the appropriate teams or queues
  • Assisting with case resolution or suggesting responses

If anyone has experience with this, or can point us to the relevant Oracle documentation, roadmap information, or best practices, we'd really appreciate it.
