VILT - Instructor unable to share

Summary:

Hosting a training today and the instructor was unable to share the screen. No participants were able. Our outlook invites come from a shared inbox used for our Learning and Development courses, it is just an automated inbox for sharing trainings and calendar invites. However, when the instructor joined the meeting, they could not share their screen to share content. Has this happened to anyone before?
