FCCS10 script not working as expected

we have one Insertion rule in FCCS10 which is depending on flag, this rule was written in FY21 and no change has been done, this rule was working till Mar'26 but is not working for Jun'26.

What I understand is, this is look like block issue. Can someone help on this
