PR Charge Account change appears possible but is not saved

Hi,

During PR creation, it appears possible to edit the Charge Account and change the Department segment. However, after clicking save, the change is not actually saved and the original COA remains.

Is a specific privilege required to save this change during approval, or could the account derivation be overriding it?
