OTM AI Agents + Fusion Agent Studio — separate tenancies

Summary:

We are enabling OOTB OTM AI agents (Bulk Plan Diagnostic Analyst, Rate Inquiry Assistant) using Fusion AI Agent Studio. Our OTM 26C instance is in one Oracle Cloud tenancy and Fusion 26C (with Agent Studio) is in a different tenancy.

The OTM AI Guide shows integration via OAuth between OTM IDCS and Fusion IDCS (Agent Studio data source + OTM AI Agentic Trusts/Links).

Question: Is cross-tenancy supported for this OOTB integration, or must OTM and Fusion be in the same tenancy?
