Data load Rule for File Export Fails

Prior to the June patch the following parameter worked in the export data load rule:  inbox\AMCFCC_EXPORT\AMCFCC_EXPORT_ACTUAL.csv.  

This placed the file exported in the correct directory to be downloaded by the end users for external use.  

This data load rule began failing until the pathing information was removed leaving only the file name: AMCFCC_EXPORT_ACTUAL.csv.  This placed the file in an area that is inaccessible to the user.  The user is then forced to download the file from the process details.  This change was not announced in the documentation of the June patch. please review the error in the log file attached to the SR.
