Summary:

Is it possible to Download and/or Print a Knowledge Article? We know that there is an ability to download/print attachments to a knowledge article - but our client needs the ability to download the Knowledge Article itself. We have found very limited documentation on this ability. Has anyone found any information or solutions on this?
