Unable to add or edit Smart Lists or create new Capital Planning accounts in Oracle EPM.

We are currently unable to add new Smart Lists or modify existing Smart Lists for accounts within the Capital Planning module. Additionally, we are facing issues while attempting to create new accounts for Capital Planning in Oracle EPM.

We are currently experiencing issues within the Capital Planning module in Oracle EPM that are impacting our ability to manage account-related configurations.

Specifically, we are unable to create new Smart Lists or modify existing Smart Lists associated with Capital Planning accounts. The system does not allow updates to Smart List definitions, which is restricting our ability to maintain or enhance account-level attributes required for planning and reporting.
