How does your organization handle User Provisioning?
Currently, user provisioning is done by my team of two in IT (EPM Team), we support five prod cloud Planning apps across our subsidiaries, and will soon be implementing ARCS. We create new user tickets, route them for approval, add users, reach out to install Smart View and address any training needs. We also track license counts and perform quarterly security audits.
As our EPM footprint has grown and we are adding ARCS soon (and many new users), I believe it's time to outsource this task to our help desk. Currently, we have security groups sitting in Planning only, but I think we need to move the "user grouping" out to the Oracle Cloud Console (or is it called IAM?)?
