Redwood UI - Columns collapse left or right, is this expected?

Summary:

When setting up column sized in Redwood UI, I notice that when you pull left on a column you shrink the column to the left, and when you do the same to right, you shrink the too right which give a poor experience when trying to set up your columns to be readable. Is this the expected behavior?

In comparison to Classic, pulling left shrinks as expected, but pulling right expends to the right while simultaneously holding the column sizes of all columns to the right of it.

In now, if I need to expand the Ship via column to the right of the Customer PO Nbr, I will have to work from the furthest column at the right and one by one manage each one until I get the sizing correct.
