Known Issue: EPM Agent Connectivity Failure with OAuth Authentication After 26.07 Update

Customers using OAuth authentication with the EPM Agent will experience connectivity failures to Oracle EPM Cloud after upgrading to the 26.07 release.

This issue is caused by a configuration change introduced in the 26.07 update.

Recommended Actions

To avoid disruption to your production environment, choose one of the following options:

  • Skip the 26.07 update by using the epmautomate skipUpdate command.
  • Request one-off patch 26.07.74, which is planned to be available on July 17 (Safe Harbor applies).

Oracle is actively working to address this issue. Additional updates will be provided as they become available.
