Power Users are unable to edit forms in planning - Version 26.06.99

Summary:

Hello All,

We have recently migrated our Planning application from 25.10.76 to 26.06.99.

Users who has Power User role in 25.10.76 are able to edit the forms but are unable to edit in 26.06.99.

We have both application versions running in parallel for time being even though we started using new Prod application.

Are there any changes happenned in recent releases where Power Users cannot edit forms ?
