Redwood UI expand screen on edit

Summary:

When editing in Redwood UI, the Edit screen is a little challenging.

• The edit screen only opens to a little less than half the page. There are times it would be helpful for this to be bigger to better see the data on the tab and work with it
• Similiarly, when working with menu entries, we cannot seem to expand the columns so we could see the full values

How can we customize these screens to be able to adjust the size to make them more usable?
