Email Trigger - "Folder already exists" error when creating Account credentials in AI Agent Studio

Environment / Module: Oracle Fusion – AI Agent Studio (Email Trigger / Credentials – Email Accounts)

Release/Pod Version: 26B

Issue Summary: While configuring an email account for an Email Trigger in AI Agent Studio, I receive the following error:

"Email: test@company.com with folder: inbound_certifications already exists, please specify a different folder."

This occurs even though no existing email account credentials are present - the Email Accounts tab under Credentials is completely empty ("There is nothing here so far.").

Steps Performed

  1. Created a mail folder named inbound_certifications in the target mailbox (Outlook).
  2. Configured an Outlook inbox rule to automatically move matching incoming emails into the
