I need suggestions for creating a workflow agent for the below case:

  1. Agent to check the journey task status
  2. If pending as per a particular date (due date/ action effective date) then send a reminder mail and log it.
  3. The action is not taken even after the particular date (due date/ action effective date) then send an escalation mail.

Any suggestions?
