HR Help Desk queue resource subject area not giving correct results

Summary:

I have an OTBI report using the above subject area which is not returning the correct results. I want a list of Queues and the Agents assigned to those queues. Some of the queues do not appear and some of the agents under the queues are not correct. I have all of the Next Gen Help Desk roles.

Any idea what the issue is?
