VAT Configuration not working

We have created all the necessary setups for VAT like VAT Code, VAT Configuration and also tagged VAT config in the planning parameter. But after planning and invoice creation, when we are doing the action "Calculate VAT", we are getting this error - "VAT calculation failed because VAT is not configured for configuration ID DEFAULT and perspective B"

Can you please suggest what we might be missing.
