Auto-Route to Second Approver After No Response from First Approver Despite Reminders

Business Requirement: When an approval request remains pending with the first approver, reminder notifications are sent based on the configured reminder schedule. If the approver still does not respond after all reminder notifications have been sent, system route the approval request to the next approver in the approval hierarchy (second approver).
