Does CC or the Modify Quantity function from the Active Inventory UI screen honor location max qty?

Summary: As per the current functionality, the system allows inventory quantities to be modified through both Cycle Count (CC) and the Modify Quantity function in the Active Inventory UI screen. These inventory adjustments can exceed what can physically fit in the location based on the location's maximum quantity configuration.

For example, if a location has a maximum capacity of 100 units, a user can perform a Cycle Count or use the Modify Quantity function to update the inventory to 150 units. The system accepts the transaction even though the location is configured to hold a maximum of only 100 units.

This can lead to operational issues and inventory discrepancies. Is there any system configuration available to prevent this scenario?
